Aside from water chemistry, it's also important to consider the behaviour of the various species. I have no experience with C.bleheri but I will assume that it is a fairly aggressive and fast eater. Chaca chaca...another fish I have never kept...is described in most literature as a lurker and ambush predator, which implies that it will be a slower, more methodical feeder and poorly suited to mix with a rocket-with-teeth like a wolffish. And an anglerfish is slower still; I had a marine species for a few years and it was practically inert.
But, forget for a moment that they require different water chemistries and temperatures. Disregard that they may not be able to all get proper nutrition when kept together. There's one more fly in this ointment, and it's one that crops up in probably 25% of the "what else can I put in this tank?" threads on MFK.
When you read that Fish A requires a tank of X capacity and length...and that Fish B requires a similar size tank...and so does Fish C...that does not mean that you can proceed to jam multiples of all three species together in that same little tank!
