Ha, first u have to have leaders that care about their country. Its like finding out all school doors don't lock at a certain time but we spend millions on foreign aid that does little to actually aid the people its intended for. I believe in helping others when possible but you first have to help yourself

Unfortunately most of the well developed countries are in the same boat regarding overseas aid. Developed and as wealthy as they are they all have their own "in house" problems which, frustratingly for the average guy on the street get pushed into the long grass in place of sending billions overseas.
