Any one have any info on this place? i'm looking to buy Neolamprologus multifasciatus and this is the only place i can find. Any one know if they are reliable

I ordered twice from him. At first he was responsive and seemed great. But that changed ordered fish March 22. First two times I was notified by ups he was shipping the fish, not by him it never happened. He never even gave a heads up or any contact, I had to contact him. One box finally showed up, on may 6th. Heat packs ripped out of their paper holder and smothered a back of yellow lellupi. Stuff happens, I get it. Responded quick said he’d replace them, it never happens. Had a good reputation why would I not believe him. Said fish would be out next Monday and no contact since. 4 ignored emails, attempted chat on his website. No phone number perhaps that should be a sign. But nothing for over two weeks. Still has 400 dollars worth of products and fish. I currently don’t trust this business. I don’t crap post business, but this is shady and Idk what Else to do. All I wanted was to be contacted, I know the new world is a pain
My husband ordered some Neos from him in March and he said they were pre-orders and they were being quarantine and we would have them soon., 10 weeks later we’re still waiting. this was our second time ordering from him, the first time we ordered neos and a calvus and it did take a while to get them but they came and they were all packaged great and he had communicated well during the wait time. This time , it’s been 10 weeks and we’re out 300$ and he won’t respond to emails , messenger or Facebook groups . His website is shut down this week . We’re at a loss in what to do. So no I definitely wouldn’t recommend him .
Too bad looks like they had some nice fish. He had a lot of fish listed as F1. Now I have to wonder if that was just hype.
I hope not because the Sumbu dwarves I bought in September, 2021 were listed as F1.
I ordered 6 multies from Sand City last week, and now I see his site is down. My card was charged and now I'm wondering if I need to contact my bank, I've never dealt with anything like this before.
I'd like to believe this is someone who just got in over his head and not a piece of ****, but then I'm left wondering why he seems to refuse to respond to customers.
