With low light, you might be better off with low light terrestrial jungle plants.
I'm using Arium (AKA peace lily) on the surface of my main tank in a lower ambient light area.

On the other (right, and slightly brighter) end of the tank is Dieffenbachia (AKA dumb cane), another jungle plant that does weaken low light situations.

I was going to say giant duckweed, but it does like to get into my filters, easy to clean though.
Duanes is the one who got me into plants hanging out the top of my tank. Mostly plants I collected from local river banks and a spider plant and of course pothos. I keep desk lamps on top of my tanks for extra light that does not affect the light level actually in the tanks very much.

Wait sorry, aren’t those land plants? How would they survive?

I am absolutely clueless when it comes to any flora…

Arium (peace Lily) is a semi aquatic plant, it can be found as floating matts on water, bogs, and semi-wet areas.
I just place it at the tanks surface with something to brace it up, like a propped up or floating log.

Dieffenbachia is also considered a land plant (terrestrial) but survives well with roots in the water.
Here is one I pulled out of my 180 gal just to document the root system.

Some people use Pothos (and I have), but I find these larger plants are hungrier, so eat more nitrate, faster.
Another is the Papyrus reed (umbrella palm), although if left on its own without trimming, the root bal can get out of hand.

With all these semi, and terrestrial plants, the roots can be submerged, but the leaves need to be above the waters surface.
Above submerged Papyrus roots, below Papyrus leaves growing above the water surface.

I’ll try looking for peace lily; note I’ve never seen one before in my country though. I don’t know if it’s available even

There are found species all over the tropical world, and are related to the aquatic plant Anubius.
Some species I have not been able to use in the aquarium, like the one below

compare its flower to aquarium strain Anubius

And as Rocksor mentioned there are hundreds of choices,
and Singapore has some of the best aquariums shops in the world, so I doubt you should have a problem finding something that fits your light level

Anyone know good test tube Brands? I literally broke 2/4 of my test tubes in the master test kit ??

I looked online and 6 test tubes from api cost $16 SGD. no way am I paying so much
