Arium (peace Lily) is a semi aquatic plant, it can be found as floating matts on water, bogs, and semi-wet areas.
I just place it at the tanks surface with something to brace it up, like a propped up or floating log.

Dieffenbachia is also considered a land plant (terrestrial) but survives well with roots in the water.
Here is one I pulled out of my 180 gal just to document the root system.

Some people use Pothos (and I have), but I find these larger plants are hungrier, so eat more nitrate, faster.
Another is the Papyrus reed (umbrella palm), although if left on its own without trimming, the root bal can get out of hand.

With all these semi, and terrestrial plants, the roots can be submerged, but the leaves need to be above the waters surface.
Above submerged Papyrus roots, below Papyrus leaves growing above the water surface.
