I've had COVID for the past 2 weeks. I've been feeling very under the weather and just now tested negative. I'm still stuffed up, I have muscle aches, dry heavy breathing, the occasional cough, phlegm, and my back hurts for who knows what reason.
I haven't mentioned, but one of the main reasons that's been keeping me back is my physical wellbeing. Remember when I broke my foot? Turns out it was more serious than first thought. I missed the whole soccer season

and ~3 weeks ago stopped going to physical therapy. I've had bad back problems all my life, and they have been getting much worse over the past 6 months. I am not in shape, and because I haven't been doing much physical stuff due to injuries, I am not in shape causing me to frequently tweak or pull stuff. It's been a super tough time. As lame as it sounds, I have to stretch between dig sessions, and I have to stop soon after, hence my intermittent digging style.
I'm feeling much better than I did before, so I hope to finish this. I don't have very much left.
