Can I pit these fish in a 29 gallon aquarium?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
For a betta your probably fine right away with just the cartridge. For a community tank you'd have to add a few fish at a time and let the count grow from the starter cartridge

Ok, it's just the betta in a separate 5g So I guess it will be fine then. I'm currently holding him in the community 30g

Please help! So sorry about lack of uploads but everything is going well. I ended getting a school of black neons and they are doing great except one... which was perfectly fine this morning until he somehow got stuck in the filter. He still alive but he is completely missing his tail fin, and he can barely swim. Is there still any hope for him?

Any other fish or just the neons?
If it is still able to move to get food, there is a chance, but otherwise it may not make it.
It’s possible it was being picked on by the neons.

There is one Moonlight gourami. But so far he is the most peaceful fish I the tank and has never picked on the neons. There is 3 platys but I doubt they did anything. I can still kind of move and I assume he might try to eat

From what I can tell he somehow got stuck in the between the filter grill and he tried to squeeze out but ended up losing his tail fin in the process
