If she gets herself a top notch lawyer and plays the race card, she could end up coming out of this smelling of roses. Maybe not for the full amount, but they'll pay her off with something just to stop the negative press.

what would you guys accept as a fair amount if you were in this position?
If I thought I had legitimately won $43 million and was then offered a free steak I would want at least $10 million to make it right. This would be after the lawyers fees too. Another argument would be if this machine is faulty what about the rest of them? Will they all be audited and how can it be proven that the times you didn’t win werent a malfunction too and you should have won something at some stage.
I don't trust casinos. Maybe it was just the way I was raised, but I've always disliked them.
I saw a video of a couple blokes round where I live prove how easy it would be for a crook to launder money a couple days ago.
The gambling kingpins have a lot of money. They could easily win a lawsuit.
Well,I'm not a gambler and I have never heard of such a large payout from a slot machine,I thought they were good for only a few thousand dollars at best but if I were led to believe that I had won such a large sum of money only to have it withdrawn due to a mistake on the house's part I would expect some kind of payout,not sure how much though but damned sure a bit more than a meal that I could enjoy on my own on any night of the week.
Not necessary for her to play the race card she should win lawsuit easily. That's total BS about a malfunction.

I wouldn't bend give me my $43M . If you owed the Casino they would want every penny. I personally would call every news channel and hopefully the story will go global.
