For your first post, there are a few things that you have got wrong.
Possibly, you have got a few things wrong with your aro too.

im having this aro for 8 months.I cycled the before i bought it. I bought it from aquarium shop near my home. it is about 10 inches now. The tank is 3 feet long with no tank mates..i am feeding chicken heart in alternate days .i always water change 30 or 20 percent water in a week..It has this problem for 1 month.From the beginning I taught it was the finrot..but now it getting worse than before...it has severe damage in end of the body ...i tried ocean free aro external bacteria and fungus away..for 4 days with daily 30 percent water change..it not help so..i dont know what to do now
