Xantic plecos are they a stable color morph

Looking to get a xantic pleco I’m curious if they revert or if it’s a stable mutation. See below.

The only xanthic morph that’s kept its color were luteus. Had several L56Y Xantos over the years and even some xanthic L200 but they all reverted. There was a guy who had a xanthic L25 but that also reverted. I’m not wasting obscene amounts of money on them again. That royal looks cool but if I were you, I’d save you for a stage 3 luteus. That’s money well spent

I prefer stage 2.5 luteus. TBH. Albino sailfin Gib looks better to me than stage 3 unless its one of those super hard to find bright gold/orange luteus. If im going with a big luteus I need a 16 inch plus one which I havent been able to find.

Hard to tell from the sales flyer, but the background of his tank looks to be a soft grreish blue, which may be helping the color

Oh yeah, I remember your little on. If you look on your thread, I also posted a pic of a larger L25 that another guy had that also did that. Whatever happened with yours?
