What liners do you all use for ponds? I'm considering upgrading from my hard plastic shell so I can make a custom shape but am a bit worried about punctures.

Looking on amazon, I am just seeing tape and sealant. You talking for damage repair, or do you cover the interior as a preventative? I'd been thinking 60 mil, but I was also thinking about trying to figure out a viewing window for the kiddos.
