I have no clue what you are talking about. Will you please supply some sources so as that I may have some background before I engage in conversation about it?
Here’s the ten cent version.

You won’t need links. This is going to blow up the news when they finally open their eyes and close their grubby hands.

I used to live in a very small town. I had a friend in Middle/High School who lived in an even smaller town close by.

He would do a thing he called "Hooding" where he would go out at 11pm on Saturdays to the local bar with a pair of bolt cutters and collect hood ornaments.

He'd stash them in the woods right after, put the bolt cutters away, and then retrieve them later in the week. He kept the collection in his locker at school because that was the last place anyone in his life would look for it.

Never got caught, joined the Army, no clue what he's up to today.

Hello; I lived on US 119 in Harlan County KY many years ago. Saw this take place from my front porch. Snapped a few pictures. Guy was hauling aluminum. Happened to get pulled over near my place.
That’s a V-6 Buick. I had that same car but the ‘96 Pontiac version. Very strong car but it had nagging vacuum leaks due to the emissions plumbing.

Hello; Not my part of KY although been to and thru Louisville KY many times. No shortage of violent people wherever I have lived. For those who do not read my links a man took food away from children and ate it. A woman confronted him about that. He told her the food was good and then shot her in the arm. I think it happened in a home. I do not know any more.

Keep your head on a swivel. Don't be naive when confronting someone. Practice ducking and at least be a moving target.

For some reason made me think of the Kevin Costner movie CRIMINAL. No good reason for that.
