magpie magpie did you notice or remember the noodles change to the more gold coloration from green?

would color variation for ropes be caused by substrate like it is for polys?
I don't think so. I've never seen a "washed out" rope. I'm thinking more of a adult vs juvenile coloring. We will see when magpie magpie gets back to us.

I had a washed out rope fish on my sand. Don’t have it anymore but compared to the others it was way lighter. Posted about it a while ago and was thought due to sand.

I don' think any of mine are washed out. The ones I got from magpie magpie are gold in color. The ones I got from my lfs are green on top with gold bellies. Magpies are 2 x the size of mine and are older. A couple of my bigger ones are starting to become more gold in color. There is only a slight difference in color between the belly and the back on magpies.
