Just added this guy to my 90 gal reef. I had him QTed for two weeks, and he is looking great. Now it's time to CRUSH flatworms.

I'm starting up my 90 gal reef this week and I have been thinking about stocking (I know that it is far off) but has anyone ever had experience with live aquaria? More specifically it's marine fishes and corals?

I am purchasing a fully setup 75 gal saltwater aquarium with sump and refugium, and I haven't had much experience with these. Any one have more knowledge on a refugium, and possible pros and cons?

Had this guy in my tank for about 7 months. He was once very shy. But now feels like he owns the tank. He has almost doubled in size since I got him. From 3" to 6"!

Very very true. I have been an electrician for 10 years, and I can't tell you the importance of buying a proper fixture and THEN placing food lamps in them. Ballasts are a pain in the ass. And cost a fortune.

My logic is this, it is more worth it to save money for... Lets say two years and get everything that you want and need. Than scrape/scrimp a tank together, and two years later look back and kick yourself because you spent more money. Not to mention that it's not easy to do it that way. Much...
Dude you can barely afford freshwater. How is it that you think you can run a 70gal salt. Takes more money. Not trying to be a jerk at all but you won't be able to do this without steady money.
