    I have some extra large mangrove roots, which are absolutely essential in my tank. If I removed them all hell would break loose, the caves and holes the wood provides are essential to keeping my fish calm, and I can't remove them to use my usual treatment should an outbreak of White Spot occur...

    First time keeping Arowana

    Hi new to mfk, got a 800l tank coming and thinking of putting a silver arowana, ghost knife fish and an oscar in it but not sure if am going to be causing any future problems. Got 7500l/h with an uv light. The tank it self has a footprint of 6.8'x2'x30". Any help and advice much appreciated

    Feeding small fish on a 130gallon tank

    I just bought a 130gallon tank and i have 2 silver dollars 2 red bellied pacu, 1 clown knifefish and a baby RTC, how do i feed them? the tank is so big and every time i come near the tank they all swim away and hide from me. What's wrong with my fishes? please help. Thanks

    What genus/species is this "Elephant nose knifefish"?

    It was sold to me under the wrong name, and unfortunately can not find anything but the more black colored Elephant nose Kinifefish. This guy has more brown mottling. I will try to get a better pic. They are going for about $35 at a local shop in Southern California. Thanks, Shane.
