texas cichlid

Hi guys I have 20 of these texas in my pond , they are about 3-5 inches long and I wanna breed them since the female is already laying eggs but wont let the males fertilize them. I have 5 fish tanks to accomodate 5 breeding pairs problem is I dont know how can any experience breeder pls help me
