Maybe small branches from your yard depending on the tree species and that have no bark on them?

Maybe the pet store near you has some small wood branches that might work, like Manzanita branch?

I have this tiny air stone from an old 3g bait bucket I can attach but how do I lower the amount of air coming through? Can I stuff cotton on the pipe or something?

You would need an air valve, don't you have an extra one on Daisy's tank? If you are unsure of what I am suggesting, look up Aquarium Air Gang Valve for some pics.

I know what you mean but no, the one I have did not come with any of those valves but instead it has on big knob that controls both airways. I have a tree in my back yard that’s pretty old but I don’t know at all what kind of tree it is. How would I properly clean the wood for the tank?

Boiling disinfects it, but some species can leach toxins into the water.

Could I break off a small stick and remove the bark and boil it or does it need to already not have bark on it? Not sure if it makes a difference or not.

Kolton13 told me the same thing earlier on the phone. If I get a shrimp then I want something more rare or something blue and red so I can make it Superman

Uhhh, ok. Aquarium fish depot has a lot of variety of shrimp, as well as Shrimpybusiness and Buceplant. Its hard to find blue and red patterned shrimp, and trust me, I’ve tried, but blue Rili shrimp are sometimes patterned like that.
