Uhhh, ok. Aquarium fish depot has a lot of variety of shrimp, as well as Shrimpybusiness and Buceplant. Its hard to find blue and red patterned shrimp, and trust me, I’ve tried, but blue Rili shrimp are sometimes patterned like that.
There is a blue rili that is blue and red coloured that would be good for your tank

as for the tree there is also a plant identification app that you can snap a picture of the leaf and it should come up with similar trees and then you just need to see which one you have.

the valve regulator for controlling the flow of your air pump can be had for a couple of bucks at most pet stores or Amazon as well

What type of tree? Would a stick be safe to use at driftwood for a tiny shrimp tank? Ignore my dog, he thought the leaf was a treat

I’m not sure how common or uncommon they are…honestly it probably depends on location…I’m not familiar with your location to know if it is or isn’t common….in Canada I’d say they are uncommon and difficult to get as they would need to be imported into the country

I got lucky and had someone import blue rili shrimp for me (the white and blue ones)
