They were FANTASTIC! I fried them up with a bit of cajun style batter and I added some crumbled ritz crackers, ate with some fries and washed it down with a few ice cold Dirty Helens!

Id be surprised if you guys didnt have hybrids up there, they are a man made fish and all are stocked by the state.

we call those stripers or rockfish up here. nice fish and sounds like a sweet spot to be at. way to go and tight lines.

These are not striper. They are a differenent fish. These are hyrbids, a man made cross between the small white bass and the striper.
