Yes that makes me feel better. :D I am the MVP!! :headbang2 Ha! No seriously, let's just talk basketball. The only time I really get to talk it with anyone is on Monday nights when I play. Other than that, well, my wife doesn't talk basketball, so.......yeah.

Denver just jumped into the playoff discussion. They could seriously do some damage when they're on the same page. Any thoughts?

The only way they have a chance is if Nene comes back healthy, and motivated.

well they can do some,,, damage?? but i was really hoping golden state would get in cuz they got a squad!!!

since you are a new orlean fan... don you think the warriors would make them run for there money!! as in it would really be a good matchup...

i see new orleans runnin all over the nuggets!!:D

Most likely NO would run on Denver, but as a team that can throw up 168 points (even though against Seattle), they have a scare factor. Their problem is inconsistency. I've watched them play like they couldn't do anything wrong, but then I've seen them play like they were a div2 college team with two guys that like to shoot a lot. I agree, I would LOVE to see Golden State-New Orleans! In my opinion, they are one of the scariest teams out there, because you never know what they're gonna come out and do to you. Dallas knows all to well about that. Paul-Davis would be entertaining, but I'd like to see them meet deeper in the playoffs so we can get 7 games out of them instead of 5.

If the hornets play the warriors they will be like dallas last year, owned..they depend a lot on paul, but the trapping and defense of baron and monte might be too much for young chris paul

as for the nuggets it all depends on their front court health if kenyon and camby stay healthy and kleiza if he can bring it in the playoffs, would be a factor for the nuggets

the west is full of capable teams but i think those that have a real shot at the title are the lakers, spurs, suns my darkhorse pick are the nuggets..iverson has been to the finals and he knows how to win, if they can stay healthy they might sneak up on some teams..

and MONTe ellis is an all star IMO:D

I just don't have any faith in Martin/Camby anymore, they just seem to let me down every year. That's why I think their only hope is if they get Nene back and he's fully healthy. I think that he can and will be a good player if he can stay on the court.

I think the Hornets-Warriors series would be a toss up. Neither team has real good big men, I guess West would be the best of the bunch. I like Paul more than Davis but GS also has Jackson and Ellis.

Oh, Ellis is good, but I don't think he could ever play in the East, I like his game a lot, but he would get exposed if he wasn't in that system.

Nene healthy will be huge. Ellis is a stud. I think he could play anywhere he wanted. He plays in the hardest conference now, so playing in the east would only make him look that much better (I'm guessing). I hate the way the playoffs go every year. The West always has at least 2 or 3 teams with excellent records that get the snuff because they're in a killer conference, while the East consists of teams that bounce back and forth above/below .500. I wish there was a better way.......

The east can afford off nights, while out west 1 loss brings you from the 3rd seed to the 6 or 7..talk about pressure

IMO I thinkf that Ellis is a little undersized, and I dont know (only because I haven't seen it) if he can run any other type of offense besides "run down to their end really fast and shoot" :D. The league is always cyclical, it'll come back around to the other side, that's part of what makes it fun. I mean look at my Tigers, they play in the AL, with all of the best teams, meanwhile the NL has maybe 2 decent teams. It's that way in all the sports.
