Here are a few pictures from this morning. Nothing has really changed or improved that I can tell, even with the drastic increase in flow and the addition of an air stone to the sump to promote better oxygen exchange in the water...I don't know that I will do much else...just keep topping off and see if it will turn around in the next few weeks.
This one of the sump shows the water color really well!
But I honestly do envy your parameters...if I could keep them at your ideal points and stable...I would be selling so many frag packs it would be silly. Dont think Im ever going to frag the 125g though, I just want everything to grow out as much as possible.
Well, I think I got the skimmer figured out and it is skimming....well I will let the pictures do the talking...this is the skimmate production from two days...
To be honest, I can't tell if there has been any improvement. I haven't been able to get a HOB filter running because I don't have a plug to use to run it. I will let you be the judge as to whether there has been any improvement in the water clarity.

This morning
I think it might look a slight bit less green, but today might not be a fair comparison because I stirred up the sand bed with a wooden spoon before I took the picture today.
Agreed. At least that skimmer is doing work. Hopefully things stsrt improving...I would say that it might be bacterial with how much the skimmer is liking it...either way UV would fix your problem.
