1,000 gallon aquarium

100 is way too small! What do you mean break in setup?

Take my advise, not like you are going to buy adult size fish. Put them in a 100-300gl and grow them out. This gives you time to build, enjoy and understand tanks. a 1k+ tank with 20 5-10" fish is a fail in my book.

make sure to buy some 3D glasses for the first year or two of the setup, gl.

I'm going with young, overly excited, head in the clouds youth. This thread is far to odd and just all over the place to be a mature, thoughtful adult. There is nothing wrong with dreaming but honestly, if you listen to anything in this thread listen to this..... IF this is your first LARGE tank. STOP. You clearly have no idea what it takes to design, build, filter and maintain a tank of 1,000 gallons. You may think you do but it is very apparent that you don't. What will your parents do when your brand new 1,000 gallon bursts and puts that quantity of water in your house? Do they have insurance specifically for this? Will you be able to pay for the damages it causes if you mess up? There is far more to this than just throwing some wood or glass together and then throwing your dream fish in and everything ends happily ever after. Do yourself and the fish a favor and start smaller. Maybe find a used 100-300 gallon off craigslist and use that to break yourself in to what it actually takes to maintain a large tank, whether it be monetary or time. I wish you the best, good luck.

You guys just look around over the summer for a thread that say "1,200 gallon tank build" ok, then you can make your comments about what I need to plan.

Everyone keeps making comments about what you need to plan because you have no idea. If had done half the research you said you have you would know the answers to most of the questions you are asking. If you do not want the comments stop asking the questions and do some real research.

Like the other thread I sent you to in your thread on bulkhead size. The answer is on the first page but you said it was not there. Do some real research before you hurt yourself or someone else.

We won't see anything. You've already flat out ignored exceptional advice. This post is 1 of 2 things 1)incredibly lofty dreams with no real educational foundation on fish keeping and a blatant disregard for anything sensical or 2) a blatant forum troll given the age of the forum account and the comments made
