If you have the funds I would not even consider using the FX5. I would go for the Eheim 2262 or 2260. If that is too steep cost wise then I would get the FX5 which is not a bad filter but it is not in the class of the Eheim.

Having an fx5 doesn't make you unbiased. It looks like all of your other canisters are Eheim so you're apparently an Eheim lover. I have a 2080 which I know isn't the same as your eheims. It and the fx5 are about even. One thing I don't like about the eheim is having to pump the primer after every time it's opened. The renas i have and the fx5 reprime on their own. Its not a big deal but I forget since it's the only one I have to do it on. I'm sure an fx5 and 2260 or 2262 are one just as good as the other for anyone but an eheim pimp.
I have an fx5 and rena xp4 on my 210 that wasn't enough. I just added to aquaclear 110s to help out. Hopefully they'll be good for 6 months till the fish get bigger and then I might need to upgrade. Go ahead and get two so you have plenty of filtration for the future. If you don't have the funds get one now and one in a month or two. That is if you're buying small fish that will need to grow up so they won't need quite so much filtration in the beginning. If you want to give your fx5s a boost change the plumbing to 1 inch pvc. I did and it's amazing the flow it has.
