Instead of just assuming the tank isn't the size that was posted in the auction and saying it's a scam, I e-mailed the seller. He sent me these pics and is going to take some more with something to give it some scale. If you look at picture 5 you can see the tank is sitting at least a foot below the floor in the auction picture. You can also see in the photo that the studs you used as a 16" reference are not true studs. They are set sideways, so there is no way of knowing if they are set at 16".
