The builder gets them from a local rock quarry. The rough edges on these rocks help them grab each other better. He also locked them in with expanding foam.

That pond is awesome!!!! I would love something like this in my backyard. Could never afford it though, especially as fast as these guys work!! Thanks for sharing and looking forward to the updated pics!

Touch 'n Foam landscape, but there are lots of options that are sold as "black waterfall foam."
