am super happy with the pair. big thanks to Stones Aquarium for the fish!!

I know that flash sometimes screws up eclipse photos, but it doesn't look like these guys are eclipsing. Very nice leo's nonetheless!
Nice rays for sure. Aren't they still small? If so they will probably start to eclipse as they mature.
Watch that Gar. Years ago my alligator gar tried to take out a ray that was half his size. The one you have looks like a monster compared to those little rays- hate for them to be a late night snack because it got bored.
Gars will also snap if they are startled. I turned on the lights the other night which scared my Alligator Gar and he snapped and caught the tail of one of my rays- he let it go and both were uninjured but if he would have caught it in the face it could have been a disaster.
Do your rays have some sand to bury in? They like hunting around rocks but they also love to bury and root through the sand.
