He gave us dimensions - I calculated it as if it was a rectangle using his size as a reference.
Just because it is approximately 60x30x10 doesn't mean it's a perfect rectangle. Also we have no way of knowing the shape of the pond's floor, it could just be 10' at the deepest part and the rest could be more shallow, so there is no way of figuring out even an approximation of the pond's volume based on the information that has been given.

This is stuped
Then why did you read it, just to post that useless comment? And if you call something stupid, it's a good idea to make sure your spelling is correct, otherwise that just makes you a hypocrite...

To get rid of the koi, try one of your private LFS. If your friend has some nice koi, the problem may be solved by having them get them out. I've seen some domestics go for some decent money if they look nice. It's worth a shot at least. I'de personally stock it w/ blue gills if your friend wishes to fish in it. LMB would also tolerate the temps well but maintaining a population may be more of an issue. Bluegills 'r good eats besides =)

I was just posting the volume as a reference because it was such a large pond. I never swore a blood oath that this was the exact to the ounce volume. Whats the point in your comments?

Its a rough estimated guess given the dimensions of the pond without knowing the shape. It gives a close representation of what the ponds size could be. Pull your panties out of your ass.

Like I said, there's no way to tell if that is even close to its actual size so what's the point of posting it? I don't know why you all are getting so offended. And 94Gt5.0, you can't estimate the volume without any info on the shape.

ok so i guess he said his dad is the one who want the koi but he is going to try and get his dad to get rid of them. can a pacu go in it?

No, pacu require 78-84F temps.
