I think they're still a bit too young to sex but they look like females to me. Time will tell. It's not good to go by the head profile until they're adults. Here's a gook link with some pics to go by.

What's your setup like? Are there enough hiding places so the smaller one can hide from view of the larger one? I agree with separating them during feeding time.
