that's an awesome jur. did you buy it at that size? if not, what growth have you seen? try to get some better pix though

wow very nice i wan't to get one but my cichlids like to beat on my pimelodus blotchii they took of part of his wisker once i'd bee really mad if they pick of the streams of a jur so i'm not sure if i should get one

I had one that was small like 5" and had really long streamers 1 and 1/2 times as long as it's body. And then I've seen some where streamers when small are short. Correlation between sex M vs. F? IDK.. just weird some have real long streamers, some have shorter.

thanks guys I'll try to get more pics today I didn't think those were so bad though but hey

I got him when he was maybe 4", but I honestly don't remember when,I'm wanting to say maybe around last November or so.As for the streamers they have been chewed off all his life by his tankmates....my old ck,the lei I used to have,even the dats hes in with now only just recently stopped biting it off all the time,and then it grew in like crazy.Maybe thats what stimulated the growth?
