I like to turn over the tank at least 7 times per hour, personally - speaking of the combo of filters. 10 would be my sweet spot.

I'd drop a Fluval 405 into the mix for your tank.

and the Fluval - 340 GPH

so thats 456 GPH

Add a Aqua Clear 110 - 500 GPH

and you get, what 956 GPH spread over the three units. Which turns over your tank 5 times roughly. that'll do.

5 times is more than enough.

Yup, my final recommendation, add a Fluval 405 and an AC 110. Then you can add more fish.

actually, my recommendation would turn your tank over ten times. I thought you had a 220 gallon tank. My bad.

So you could omit the AC 110. (But I wouldn't )
