10 inches max adult fish usually found in brackish/saltwater

Okay so the worst is starting to happen, My silver arowana is on a rampage. He has already ate both my severums and tried eating my jack dempsy but spit him back out, ( still killed it ) For the last month and a half hes never bothered any of my fish now hes taking everyone down. Do you guys think maybe something set him off. Everything is all the same, only thing different is my convicts laying fry. i feed them twice a day, once in the morning, and once at night. I haven't did a water chance due to the fry, dont wanna suck them out the window lol

That looks Arowana already firmly established in your tank and she decided to "play" with the unwanted tenants.
You can buy a larger aquarium, give more decorations (driftwood, plants etc), but it seems to me that it's useless, sooner or later it will be like that
