I waited forever to see your setup.:D That is a really nice setup.;) So your filtration is just two XP3 and that is it? I cannot wait to see my new tank being on order right now.:nilly:

If you're still in the market for a sev, you should go see Mike at Finatics.. he had some sweet ones in there last time I was there.. I'm growing out 6 Rotkeils in my 180 to hopefully get a nice pair or even one huge male (still not sure if I want a pair or not) They're all around 3-4 inches now and look AMAZING! I love em :D

Just read the whole thread and I think your tank looks really classy and I like it a lot. Congrats.

Can you post some pics of your Rotkeils?

So I just finished reading through the whole thread and I want to vomit. Reason? I have the SAME TANK!!! Black silicone and all. Had to special order it as well. Reason I'm sick: It's still sitting in my garage, collecting dust, in original packing!!!! I've had it there for ~10 months now!!! 2 reasons (excuses!). I'm a woodworker and I have designed a stand/canopy. However I've had to build several other projects first (where are my priorities???). Second and most valid, ran into some job insecurity and likely facing a move. Hate to get that beast all set up then have to move it. As 12-volt knows, it is HEAVY. So, my monsters are getting close to busting out of their temporary 29 gal home. You won't believe it: 10" silver aro, pair of Cr. proteus larger female is ~5", pair of juvi JD's, 4 clown loaches largest 2 are 6", school of lemon tetras, an albino bushy nose pleco and a colombian spotted pleco that's nearly 10." I'm running an XP3 and a HOB just to keep up! Plus it's planted so that helps bioload. So, thanks for letting me live vicariously through you 12-volt. Gonna go puke now then start on my stand!!!!

thanks. there is also an AC110 on there as well as the twin XP3's. I think it should be enough.
