My 105 48x24x21 is a frag, tank but it perfectly under one of my 180’s.
If your 80’s rimless you’ll need to factor in having glass cut and getting clips that sit on the edges of the verticals pieces of glass to support your lid.
Not much more $ than buying glass tops but more cumbersome to work with- you could also build a wood frame to sit on the edge of the rimless tank (1x2’s would work) and do a center brace too.. just a thought and an issue I encountered with a frag tank
No- found it at a store, it’s a company that’s out of business and two of them showed up still in the wrapping, Deep sea Aquatics neo 105.. it’s 48x24x21 and fits perfectly below a 180 on a stand I built.the 80 in question appears to be a standard glass tank with top frame. i havent acquired any of these tanks yet actually.
whered you get the 105? custom job?

It’s a standard 180- 2x6 build- additional 2x4 leg on one side-sweet deal. that tank would be positively perfect for my bottom setup. any pics of your setup? i guess thats just a standard six foot 180 or is it some oddball size.
