I am thinking of stripping one of my guitars down to nothing but wood and and plastic and using it for decor in the tank. Maybe just the body cause it still has a sweet neck. Which strat to use tho..
 
Might want to get another filter for your tank.. IMO, I would stick with natural look, but its your tank, decorate it how you would like!
 
I only have one fish going in it for right now. I am going to put the tetra 30-60 gal filter on it too. I'll beef up the filtration before I add anymore to the tank. I need to get that oscar I rescued swapped over from the 29g. He seems happy and healthy as can be. Being over a foot long he does have to make some three point turns sometimes!
 
the silicon on the inside of the tank in two of the corners is kind of crumbling. should I do a leake test and leave it if it holds or go ahead and replace it while the tank is empty? if i need to replace it do I need to take the glass apart or just take the old seal off as much as i can with a razor and silicon it up?
 
After quite a few months of tinkering in my spare time I have finally completed the resurrection of the old 120 all-glass I bought. I learned quite a bit and thanks to this forum none of it was "the hard way". It exceeded how I thought it it would end up when I first picked it up in shambles. Once I get populated I will upload more pics. The one with this post is from a cell phone so the quality is crap. Thanks to everyone who gave advice and helped out. Also a huge thanks to "A Fish Store" in Sumter SC for ordering parts and helping out.
