Nice to see someone so near to me, i only live down the road from wolves and work even closer, i have also looked at ND aquatics to build me a large tank, i see you only went 28" high is this so you could stay down at 12mm glass as thats where the cost starts to shoot up. i would be very interested in a price if you wouldnt mind, also how long did they take to construct it ? pictures would be great now of the finished product. what are you using to light the tank?

yeh niceto see some locals...i went for that height because the price shot up even for just and extra 2" I beleive it cost me around £1300 build within 3 hours or so...I have a stip light at the moment..
Ok ive filled the tank a little more. Its still quite messy but you get the picture. I will add more pictures later. I am having a problem with the bulkheads leaking. I didnt really want to silicone but i may apply abit as there is a slight drip coming from both . I was thinking that gold label stuff. I will try tightening first with a wrench,
at least your getting somewhere now thought yeah id go for the wrench i always have a slight leak with my bulkheads but always solved it with a good hard twist how the rays finding the space? what size tank was they previously in?
No problems...I used to keep them in a plastic koi vat a 6 x 4 . The tank is slightly deeper and they seem to love it. At least i can check to see if my females are pregnant without the need of underwater cameras...
im interested in breeding my rays i have a male motoro and a female motoro/marble it doesnt matter if they dont but would be a bonus what sort of size would they have to be to breed and how do you go about it? any tips?
