  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo

I get it, i was just trolling you back, stupid is what stupid does, can you get out of my thread now so somebody can give me a decent answer and not make crap up?

I have to say also that my inintial 'can you not read' post was not even aimed at you, i liked your feedback, i just didn't like people acting like i didn't have a separate grow out tank.

To anybody who does not want to needless troll and argue and just offer some advice...

4x2x2 120 (brand new, arriving tomorrow)

my stocking plan is

3 Severums
2 Blood Parrots
1 Blue Acara
8 Rainbowfish
1 some type of plec

Is this way to much?

Yes.
You will do what you want anyway so why even ask? Is your whole thread just a troll? You seem ready to argue right from the start. Just an observation.

5 large cichlids a medium cichlid and 8 large rainbows in a 4' tank is alot. I think you would be better off getting rid of the blood parrots and keeping 5 sevs but its still to many big fish for 4 feet. Imo

was not ready to argue at all, just people being difficult for no reason.

Genuinely asked for advice because i have not kept a tank that big before, and yes i'll push boundaries on the stock, but was hoping to keep 3 severums all along, had no plans on keeping all of the severums.

I don't know if i worded it 'to british' and something got lost in translation, i'm 40, my generalised English is fading a bit and i may have typed it slangy i'm not sure.

Personally would not go for 3 severums, two are likely to pair or just bully the weakest. I would lose the blood parrot and go for 5 severums to start and adjust as the the fish mature.

thank you that is the sort of advice i was looking for.

I sold the notatus today, so have 4 sevs left, i may sell the red spot and the green and keep the gold female and rotkeil cos they look the nicest.

Ok thanks for the feedback, so..

2 x Severums (gold and rotkeil)
8 x boesmani rainbows

what else could i keep in there, any kind of loaches? rainbow shark? what type of plec?

Could i get some red head tapajos for the bottom?
