120g Progression...

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
by the way, in terms of debris getting caught in the rocks and such - I wouldn't worry about it too much with all of those plants, if anything it will just help growth - in my 75 you saw I would only clean the substrate once every 3 months, including moving hardscape stuff around a bit to get under them - but I really never did as thorough a job as I would with a non-planted tank.

People really underestimate how helpful plants are - especially that free floating stuff I gave you, let it cover the top of the tank and it will turn into a giant nitrate sponge :)

Those floating plants are growing fast! They have weird growth too, I"m going to plant some of them and see how they do, I think it's water sprite, but since it was under low-light, they grew broad leaves.

Thanks for stopping by again Serg - get some shots of that severum in the tank when you get time, let me know how he/she does :)

Dude the sev is really nice!! The kirrin is flaring in front of it and getting all colorful, but it's just a show, it's not attacking it at all.

Again, big thank you Jason! Let me know how the lap settles in, that guy is the least finicky lap I've ever had.

That new leaf that was on the anubias sp. 'ekona' is almot full spread out now, and it's looking great so far.

Ah, I thought the leaf was a flower starting up - ah well, it'll flower sooner or later :)

Glad the sev's doing well, get some pictures when you can! The lap is settling in fine, he's sitting under a pile of wood and came out to eat some pellets a little earlier after you left.

Thanks man, is that avatar pic from your setup? It looks pretty siick! :)

What's the size on the BGK if it's yours?

Just threw 8 large nightcrawlers into the tank for fun since I was at WalMart, the lap ate 5 of them and fended off that female tiger mota from one, haha.

Nice!! That thing is going to get huuuge in your tank! Can't wait to see it in a year!

You're right, there is a bud on the 'ekona' but there was also a leaf that's spread out nicely. The flower still hasn't bloomed, but it's getting close.
