120g Saltwater Fish Tank!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
if any new fish you're going to get are small then a 10gal should work fine for a qt. post a pic of the humu when you geta chance

okay i'll try to get some today. Hey, my Humu is now hiding but like rubbed up against the rocks, I think i read about this where new fish do that, cus the Humu just all of a sudden will come out and start swimming freely, then go's back. Anything unusual with this?

for my 120g tank, what fish would go good with a Piccaso Triggerfish, Sailfin Desjardini, and Yellow Tang, ? I want it to be nice and colourful, it has live rock and I don't really plan on making it a reef aquarium later on, I am looking at a total of about 9-11 fish, here is my current stock :
Current Stock :
1 x Humu Picasso Triggerfish
1 x Yellow Tang
1 x Sailfin Desjardini
Fish I plan to get :
1 x Banggai Cardinal
1 x Threadfin Butterfly
1 x Ocellaris Anenome
1 x Palette Surgeon

Thats 7 Fish, do you think those will be compatible with each other?

i don't think that the card would be a good idea, they're pretty wirey and skiddish by nature and i think that all the action from the tangs and trigger would be too much.
also mixing three tangs in one tank can be pretty risky so make sure you take alot of caution when adding them together

ohh yeah, I know I have a new list in my other thread. I check my tank all the time and right now my Yellow, Sailtfin, and Trigger love eachother and i am going to get a ~4" Blue tang so all the fish will be around the same size, my sailfin does have 2 little cuts on his sailfins on the top and bottom but I am 99% sure its not the trigger but some scratches on the rock because they are perfect cuts and the trigger couldn't do that, they are both around 1/2-1 CM.
