Another thing I forgot to add was that normally people keep most pairs of parachromis in a 6' or larger tank to them selves to they can add in a divider to spare the female from time to time. So even if the male and female would pair and not bother the other tankmates (which is unlikely) they need the space so the pair doesn't kill each other.

I understand what everyone is saying I didn't know that they are suppose to have a 6 ft tank to them selfs so then would it be smart to add a different fish then in the cichlid family? I thought about a community type set up with the fish I have plus one more to make 4 not including the bichirs

Well, someone else just said that a freddy pair woudl need a 6 foot tank, so I doubt they would work in a 75.

Well I know someone with rtm pair in a 75 and are fine. I'm nit keeping this pair I was just wondering because I have grammodes which get around the same size and are much more aggressive

As I said the common recommendation for any parachromis pair is a 6' tank. And that is go be kept by themselves. I know you would like us to suggest another fish because you want a community tank but really you can't have both a community tank and a mating pair with large aggressive cichlids in a tank this size. You need to decide if you want a pair or a community tank. But all I can do is recommend this bit of information. It is your tank, you can do what you want with it.
