that may depend on the people involved

eg. my Aqueon 150 weighs 281 pounds according to Aqueon's website, which is a ***** for two people to pick up and move any reasonable distance..the LFS sent 4 people to do it safely -and they complained it was heavy lol. and if there is stairs involved, bring 4 to be safe.

glass tanks are very heavy and very ackward depending on the height of the tank..

yeah those 150's arent much fun. despite the 180's weigh only 1 pound more they feel lighter than 150's, proboably because you can hold your arms further apart.

luckily ive never had to deal with stairs before.

as far as weight is cncerned with moving tanks, dont not buy the tank you want because of how much it weighs. its not like your going to be moving it around all the time.

Thanks a bunch guys, this really does help. I'm leaning towards the 180. I'm one to get a 125 home then wish i'd gone for the 180. I would like to eventually house a silver or black arrow so i'm thinking the 180 w/the wider print would be best. Biggest tank i've owned was a 75g, so the cleaning part (reaching down into it) of owning a bigger tank was a concern. Again, thanks for all the great responses!!
