Anyone got updates on their aquascapes? Hendre Hendre Angelphish Angelphish
Well i got a whole bag of free java moss at an LFS and it also had a java fern hidden inside, albeit one with only a single leaf right now. I put the moss in a few big bunches and hopefully it can cover more of the wood. I also want more anubias to put in. The mosses are the big green patches on the wood

I am also working on a lighting unit featuring reflectors and the ability to house 2 bulbs with my dad. Hopefully this would allow me to keep crinum and bolbotis ferns. And some amazon frogbit to defuse the light.

I just also want sand for this tank, I just can't decide on a nice colour though. I don't know if black will look nice or not

Then there is my 60 litre from my brother. I added rosy barbs and they are really nice to watch. The spear anubias is also pretty cool

Black is nice, but unnatural; I'd vote for a sandy coloured personally :D

Light substrate washes out my knives colours an i don't want that again. It's also a security thing since I have seen that dark substrates help pull out shy fish, IE my knives and catfish. I will have to see

Yeah, but it may take a while to find my camera...

I picked up 5 guppies (all male) and 10 ghost shrimp since the last update. Along with that the baby tears are finally starting to spread. Hopefully the tank continues to go well.14831428251811989253458.jpg1483142874338578368132.jpg 14831430107871024783493.jpg
I set up a fluval edge 12g for my brother and few days ago. It has anubias, Java fern, and radican swords for plants. So far I've thrown my Betta and a couple gourami in the tank. They all like it, and so does my brother, so I'd call it a successful tank.1483143205757-323233093.jpg 1483143258587-455588711.jpg 14831433195651688285739.jpg
