So needless to say I am looking for a female blue eye pleco to buy or lease, yes lease, hopefully of a larger size than this specimen in order to pair them and breed them.

There was a posting on aquabid in early January for a blue-eyed pleco for around $1,000. If I remember correctly, it's about the same age as this fish, and the previous owner was in Texas. Any relation? If not, maybe that fish that was on aquabid was a female (though I think from the gill spines, it was a male also)?
