I'd guess about $75 with paint. Plenty of room to service the sump as well

That stand is what I had in mind, I was concerned about being able to service the sump and if you have any bowing issues with no support over the long horizontal span.

No bowing at all, but I did use double runners on front and back. It's way overbuilt.

2x4 double runners or 2x6 double runners? Any drawing perhaps?

2x4's...basically a frame inside the frame on the top

nice, i almost got a 300 gal and was thinking of doing something like this with a 300 and 125 but passed on the tank.
