14 year old Midas Cichlid Not Eating

Hey everyone!
Lotus, my 14-year old Midas cichlid, has not been eating. Today will be the third day he has not eaten. There is no sign of disease, water is cycled and healthy. He’s in a 125gallon tank by himself. Do you think he’s reaching the end of his life?

At 14 yrs, how much and how often was he being fed? 3 days without eating isn’t cause for concern. Once you reach 1 month then there may be an issue

Once a day. New Life Spectrum with earthworms here and there....

Don't discount your care. Bad water quality can kill even the strongest of fish. So you Sir are definitely doing really right to get 14 years out a fish.
