Also I would have Arapaimas, I want one so bad. They jump so I hear but so do Arows, they jump in the wild too but are ok, I think they would just flop back in eventually.

Pacu will empty your pockets with how much they eat. You MUST get a few silver arowanas, two RTC, two TSN, one arapaima, and a giant school of some small fish. Paroon sharks too!
 
it would be so cool to have like a school of like 100 piranhas and anything you drop in would most likely get eaten. But that would be such a cool thing to see! I would also get 3 red tailed cats or something of that sort. Also pick up some tiger shovel nose catfish! those are the best combinatioins i can think of

Like your Carp when they get older, maybe some Asian Arowanas I would take advantage of that if lived where you are right now. I like Gars, and Goonch, Mahseer and all Pangasius, featherbacks, Snakeheads idea a lot as well. But hey its your pond and you and only you will know what you want to put in there. This is what I would do, a few mahseer, 2 or 3 red tailed catfish, an airapaima, your carp when they get bigger, and 2 or 3 tiger shovelnose catfish
 
And a Nile perch
 
And a few silver arowana
 
Whatever you get be sure to post lots of pics
