What is your PH of water coming out of the tap? I suggest you do either CA or SA not mixed depending on the hardness of your water source. Also would say no to the Hoplarchus Psittacus and Parachromis Dovii because of size.

If you have a jd already and are planning to move the jack into the new large tank I would focus on building stocking around the jd which would be CA cichlids.
My other questions are revolving around you and what you rank goals are. Are you looking to keep a breeding pair? Are you looking for a cichlid community? Are you looking to re-home the jd and go for one large personable fish? What is your goal tank? I also agree with tlindsay on not mixing both SA and CA in the same tank. Though I do think of you choose to go either direction it could work if your tap water is between 7-8PH. If you decide to go SA they are soft water species but you could potentially get locally breed specimens that would be “use to” your local water source (no wild species unless you have soft water)

If you like the JD i would say move it to the 150. It will be much happier in there. There is room for a potential breeding partner and/or tankmates as well.
I find that JDs do best as the dominant species, so i would stay away from other larger or aggressive cichlids. For tankmates consider medium sized dither fish like mollies, denison or spanner barbs, or giant danios. For bottom dwellers consider hoplo cats or maybe even smaller bichirs.

I always throw my hat into the area with Uarus. You could do a nice hardscape with a lot of driftwood & hard plants like Java fern & Anubias.
Or you could do a heavily planted Angel, Ram, Acara tank.
