In the end your gonna do it anyway whether we approve or not.
FALSE.

I REALLY wish people would stop saying this. Its so incredibly annoying. And its so not true in every way imaginable, created by a bunch of people with a tatoo 'RUMOR CONTROL!' On their foreheads. Its a bunch of Hoo Haa, gibberish, said in a condescending tone. Contradictory words. Rediculous. Not true. Give me ONE example in which the above statement is true because their are NONE!!!!!!!!! Zero! Zip! Nodda! Zilch! U get the point... LOL.

I say your good to go just call it your mini JDM tank.

A school of dwarf Venezuelan Cory, 5. A school of 5 green neons, some cherry shrimp, 2-3 mystery snails

Lots of java fern, some crypts, do some of your duck weed and if you inclined, a dwarf annubies, and make a screen of java moss as your background.

Going by 1 cubic inch per gallon rule I can add almost double that stock so I'm gonna add some others...

This ^ ... You asked for people opinion. When they told you, you basically shot down what they said and basically said " well the 1 cubic inch per gallon rule said I can have double what I said I was going to put in it" after someone just told you that was too much as it is. I'm not tryin to start trouble I just look at a lot of your threads and you ask for people opinions on things and you usually don't do what people suggest.

Fine then I can maybe do;

1 male halfmoon betta
1 german ram
1 cockatoo cichlid
1 rhinogobius candidianus
6 rummynose tetra
5 sterbai corydoras

That's waaaaaay overstocked a 15 is not big enough for corydoras they use up a lot of space and even the tetras would be crammed in a 15 gallon, I can't even imagine 5 corydoras in a 15 I have 3 that use up the entire space of my 90 gallon

Yea they get 3 inches and there very active 15 gallons isn't enough swimming room for them mine will go back and forth all 4 feet of my 90 for hours just cause the fish is small doesn't mean it needs a a good amount of swim space I wouldn't go.smaller than 3 ft length with a school of any 3" fish

No sir they do not get 3". That's wild caught. Most do not exceed an inch, or a half cubic inch.
