Besides max sixe for sterbai is 2" according to nearly every website on the internet.

They still need more than 15 gallons just cause their small doesn't mean they don't need a good amount of space, but its your tank and your gonna do what you want weather we approve or not

Im curious why you keep saying cubic inch? A 15G will always be a 15g and a one inch fish is a one inch fish, so how are you coming up with half a cubic inch?
Is there some new found rule i havent heard about before?

IMO a 15g isn't good for much at all, maybe a QT tank for one small fish, or a small school of neons, but the betta with some of the fish you mentioned is not a good idea at all.
