Funny I was just thinking of that, all the OPEC countries have cheap gas;
It's price fixing. Even with transport cost, it shouldn't be that high.

The main reason Venezuela has such cheap gas is due to several factors.
1) OPEC member
2) oil and refineries are both in Venezuela
3) no shipping or taxes
4) very little demand, small country, few autos
