I asked for $1.00 worth of gas today, and the guy farted and gave me a receipt.

$3.70 here in freaking midwestern Louisville, KY.

I have been in Atlanta, Birmingham, Montgomery, Pensacola, and Nashville over the past few days and gas here has been a good bit more...thats crap!!

All us wanker yankees call it "gas" as a shortened form of the word gasoline. We are not referring to the natural state of the compound as either a solid, liquid, or gas.

stop complaining, its still half the price in the U.S as it is in the U.K! over $8 a gal at the moment and still rising...

Actually, at current exchange rates, the equivalent of a gallon of gas in the UK would come out to six dollars and eighty four cents, on average.
