lei----silver in color, jar----dark bronze

Lighting and background color can have an effect on fish color. ;)
 
I agree with the above, it's a nice jardini. The moon shaped markings on the scales and pattern on the face = jardini. A better pic will not make those markings disappear. ;)

haha even tho a better pic wont make the marking disspear but its living the lei is living with a jardini so i would assure that it would be a leichardti.

Your 2 jardinis look different than. Even pbass caught from the same region at the same time can vary greatly.

need a full body shot but so far the arowana has 3 characteristics of a jardini; pattern on gills, crescent moon pattern on scales, and a spoon head.

Mobatic.... maybe post a picture of both? Perhaps there is some confusion thinking your Jar is a Lei and you Lei is a Jar?

I'd like to see full pics of this "Lei"....... personally I think it's a Jar also, I've owned both (Several times) and it fits everything Blazin Dragon is saying.
